چکیده
Introduction: Oral neoplasms are the second most common oral lesions after reactive proliferative lesions. The aim of this study is to determine distribution by gender and age, briefly discussed clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatments these Materials Methods: To collect material, a pathological retrospective archive analysis has been performed 61 neoplasm cases were determined in total 423 samples. biopsies data patients studied classified based on their histopathologic gender, frequency. Results: In our study, neoplastic examined, mean age was 45.5 ±18.2. lesion leukoplakia (n=15, 24.59%). This followed squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) (n =13, 21.31%) papilloma =11, 18.03%). rest gingival granular tumor, hemangioma, odontoma, lipoma, mucosal nevus, myxoma, ameloblastoma, leukemia, melanoma, lymphoma, osteosarcoma. Conclusion: provided important frequency histological benign malign neoplasms. also highlights management for dentists.

Notch signaling in benign and malignant ameloblastic neoplasms.
BACKGROUND In general, Notch is a representative signal which controls morphosis and differentiation of cells, but its role in human odontogenic neoplasms, especially in ameloblastoma and its malignant counterpart, ameloblastic carcinoma, is not known. METHODS We examined Notch1 peptide and its gene (mRNA) in an ameloblastoma (case 1: 27-year-old female, right mandibular tumor) and an amelobl...
متن کاملSocial life factors affecting major malignant neoplasms in Japan.
The effects of a wide variety of social life factors on the mortality of five major malignant neoplasms, i.e. those of the stomach, lung (and trachea and bronchus), breast and uterus, and leukemias, in 46 prefectures in Japan were analyzed by stepwise regression analysis twice at a 5-year interval. The results indicated the following three predisposing factors for malignant neoplasms: rural res...
متن کاملExpression of TRPC6 in benign and malignant human prostate tissues.
We investigated the expression of transient receptor potential canonical 6 (TRPC6) protein in benign and malignant human prostate tissues and in prostate cancer cell lines and the association with the stage, grade and androgen responsiveness of the tumors. Immunohistochemical techniques, Western blot and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were used to investigate TRPC6 exp...
متن کاملIsozyme patterns of normal, benign, and malignant human breast tissues.
Isozyme patterns of 23 different enzymes were compared in normal, benign, and malignant breast tissues; in MCF-7 cells; and in organoids of normal human breast tissue. Benign lesions generally showed isozyme patterns similar to those of normal tissues. Lactate dehydrogenase isozyme 5 was significantly increased in malignant tumors; MCF-7 cells had only lactate dehydrogenase (L-lactate:NAD oxido...
متن کاملBiochemical differences between human malignant and benign insulinoma tissues.
Five cases of malignant insulinoma and 2 cases of benign insulinoma were studied lipid-chemically. Tissues were collected by surgical operation or biopsy under peritoneoscopy. The total lipid was extracted from each tissue, and one part of each total lipid was separated into phospholipid, triglyceride and other lipid fractions by a thin-layer chromatography (TLC) on silica gel. The fatty acid c...
